When you contract with Options, you pay for the finished product, saving downtime, payroll deductions, fringe benefit expense, workers' compensation and other overhead costs. SUBCONTRACT PRODUCTION SERVICES Options performs a variety of subcontract work for industry within its facility including light machining, assembly, packaging and finishing work. We have a 4700 sq ft production area and a 2000 sq ft warehouse with loading dock facilities to meet your needs. These crews generally consist of four workers and a job coach. The job coach provides ongoing supervision and support for the workers assuring that the job is completed to the employer's satisfaction. *Individual Placement* Options provides individual job placement for a number of local businesses in a variety of positions, from sales associates to document imaging.
