A Partnership That Works



Options forms partnerships with large and small businesses, allowing us to offer non-traditional jobs from assembly and packaging at WIHA Tools in Monticello, to document imaging at Riverview Community Bank in Otsego. Options is a private non-profit business providing vocational services to adults with disabilities. Options complies with Federal Wage and Hour Law and pays its workers wages that are commensurate with area prevailing wages. When you contract with Options, you pay for the finished product, saving downtime, payroll deductions, fringe benefit expense, workers' compensation and other overhead costs. Options also maintains liability insurance for its workers.

Individual Placement
Options provides individual job placement for a number of local businesses in a variety of positions, from sales associates to document imaging. This service includes ongoing support from Options' staff and natural supports from your business to create a successful partnership.
Work Enclaves
Options' crews work at area businesses performing a variety of services such as custodial, housekeeping, packaging, assembly and collating work. These crews generally consist of four workers and a job coach. The job coach provides ongoing supervision and support for the workers assuring that the job is completed to the employer's satisfaction.

Options performs a variety of subcontract work for industry within its facility including light machining, assembly, packaging and finishing work. We have a 4700 sq ft production area and a 2000 sq ft warehouse with loading dock facilities to meet your needs.
